Tesa McGrath
The Loyat Associates team is led by Tesa McGrath, a professionally qualified manager, consultant and trainer with 30 years experience across private, public and Regulated sector organisations. A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Tesa has a Masters Degree in Organisational Development and Management Learning and a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies. She is a Qualified Life Coach and Performance Coach and a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Tesa is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and trained with the co-creator of NLP, Richard Bandler, and world famous hypnotist Paul McKenna Ph.D. She also lectures in management and business within higher education, and is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration.
Ted Goodman
An expert in Social Care, Ted is a qualified and registered Social Worker with 30 years practitioner and senior management experience in Social and Community work, particularly in mental health and Child Protection. For the last 12 years Ted has been a senior manager in the Regulation of Social Care. He is a trained Mediator and Expert Witness. He is also a specialist in Complaints Management, Investigation and Enforcement, with extensive knowledge of PACE investigation, RIPA surveillance, Data Protection Act, Freedom of Information Act, Disability Discrimination Act and Children Act legislation. He is experienced in service review, appeals and tribunal work and holds the NVQ5 Certificate in Advanced Investigative Practice.
Alex Smout
Alex specialises in Engineering Science and Technology. A Chartered Physicist with a Masters Degree in Petrophysics and Bachelors Degree in Engineering Physics, he has expertise across a number of disciplines including Oilfield Services, reservoir modelling and nanotechnology. He was involved with the Thrust SSC World Land Speed Record Project and has had scientific papers published. He is also a computer software expert.
Mervyn McGrath
Mervyn has 30 years experience of management in high-value electronics engineering, and 10 years as an independent I.T. consultant. He is also a computer services expert who specialises in working with small and medium sized businesses, to provide cost-effective hardware and networking solutions.
